  • Identities: LGBTQIA+ community, Veteran community, men & masculinity, and athletes
  • Clinical Issues: complex trauma, emotion dysregulation, academic challenges, anxiety, depression, self-harm, body image, eating disorders, and substance use
  • Life Stages: identity exploration, emerging adulthood within the family system, transition to college, academic and sports performance, and career exploration 

Theoretical Orientation:

  • I take a relational and trauma-informed approach to tailoring therapy to an individual's unique cultural context, experience, and needs.
  • I incorporate techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure Treatment, Time Limited Dynamic Psychotherapy (TLDP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
