Need help with your Fall 2026 schedule or registration? Lower-division (0-59 units)
CHHS students are encouraged to attend in-person Group Advising during the first three weeks of the semester.
Group Advising is the recommended first step for students who need advising support. Students can receive individualized assistance from an advisor in an open group setting,
with multiple advisors available to help students more quickly than waiting for a
one-on-one appointment.
Eligible students must RSVP using the scheduling link sent to their SJSU email in
the message titled “Fall 2026 Group Advising.”
We are hosting in-person Change of Major Group Advising sessions for lower-division students interested in changing their major into the College
of Health and Human Sciences.
Students outside of CHHS who plan to stay in their current major but would like advising
on Undeclared Pre-Nursing prerequisites may also attend and should indicate this in
the notes section of the RSVP form.
Career Counseling Drop-ins are every Tuesday starting 8/25 from 2:00 pm - 3:00pm in
MQH 533. These are 15 minute, first come first serve sessions. No appointment necessary.
